These are the TERMS OF USE with respect to all patterns, free or paid, and all other content on this blog including but not limited to the logos, patterns, tutorials, techniques, photos and / or any other written materials ( “the blog materials”), written by Karen Beckett and / or by The Crochet Spa.

All the blog materials whether free or paid are for your own personal use, only.  Specifically the patterns and the photos belong to Karen Beckett and / or the Crochet Spa and are the sole property thereof and as such are protected by Copyright.

You may not:

• copy, reproduce, redistribute, sell and / or edit, in whole or in part, any of the blog materials in pdf, paper or electronic form.  This includes the copying and pasting of the pattern, tutorial and / or any blog materials into your own blog, website, FaceBook group, or any other form of social media or electronic means.
• form, create and / or sell kits of yarn for my patterns, free or paid, without my express written permission.
• use in any manner or for any reason a photo from thecrochetspa.com without express written permission.
• distribute any translations you create or the patterns or tutorials found on thecrochetspa.com
• make or create videos or tutorials, whether posted on-line or not, host CAL’s and / or teach classes using my free or paid patterns and / or projects without my express written permission.

You may:

• use only one photo from thecrochetspa.com for the sole and express purpose of placing it on your website/blog with a link  back to thecrochetspa.com.  You are limited to one photo per post.
• translate any pattern or tutorial on thecrochetspa.com for your own personal use.
• sell your finished items (not for mass production) made using the free patterns from thecrochetspa.com  provided you give credit for the design to thecrochetspa.com / Karen Beckett.
• sell your finished items (not for mass production) made using the paid patterns sold by thecrochetspa.com / Karen Beckett provided you give credit for the design to thecrochetspa.com / Karen Beckett and provide a link to my pattern store on Ravelry or Etsy.
• Distribute and / or share links to my free patterns or my CALs to share information with others.
